Returns & Refunds

We hope you absolutely love your KELKINI purchase. Please ensure you are confident in your selection before ordering, as our returns policy is strictly enforced.

Please note that some items are marked as non-refundable within the product description. These items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

If you do need to return an item, we must receive your return within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must:

● Be unworn, unused and unwashed.

● Be returned in the same perfect condition you received them.

● Have all original tags attached, including the hygiene seal where applicable.

● Be returned in the original packaging.

● Be completely free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant, perfume, body lotions, stains, pet hair or any other marks or odours.

Every return is carefully inspected by at least two members of our team. Items that show any signs of wear, damage, or do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

KELKINI reserves the right to refuse any return that does not fully comply with our policy.

If your return is refused, the item will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for the return postage costs.

Any items returned outside of the 14-day return period will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Pre-Order Items

All pre-order purchases are final and are non-refundable.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing an item that is not yet in stock and agree to wait until the estimated dispatch date displayed on the product page.

Estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide only and may occasionally change due to manufacturing, shipping, customs clearance or other circumstances outside of KELKINI’s control. Should any delays occur, we will keep customers updated via email.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be dispatched together once all items are available.

If you require your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order. If you have already placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, we may arrange separate shipment, however an additional shipping charge will apply.

How to Return

Please include a note inside your parcel with:

● Your full name

● Order number

● Reason for your return

Failure to include this information may delay the processing of your return.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and keeping your proof of postage, as KELKINI cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed. While refunds are often processed sooner, this timeframe may vary during busy periods or depending on your payment provider.

Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

United Kingdom

● Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days

Ireland

● 3–4 working days

USA (DPD Express)

● 3–5 working days

International

● Typically 4–10 working days, depending on your destination.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday-Friday) on the same working day.

Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday or during weekends and UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Royal Mail tracking may not update until later the same evening or the following working day. If your parcel is sent with Evri, tracking details will be sent directly to your email address or mobile number.

Customs & Import Charges

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, taxes or import charges. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

KELKINI is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or delays caused by customs clearance.
